Course Overview

NLP Coaching combines Neuro-Linguisitc Programming with Coaching to achieve greater results when coaching your clients.  Since (NLP) emerged in the 1970’s, much has been researched about the brain.  NLP uses language as a tool for motivation and changing our deeply programmed unconscious patterns.  This 4 day program takes 20 years of practical application and combines it with new research on how to create transformation in individuals and organisations.

  • 30 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits as recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
  • 2 units of competency from our 10547NAT Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching  (if assessment successfully completed)
    • VU20023 – Challenge client to transform limiting beliefs and behaviour and align with core values
    • BSBLED502A – Manage programs that promote personal effectiveness

  • Use of language in values exploration
  • Distinction between values and beliefs
  • Techniques to develop congruency around values and beliefs
  • NLP tools, Metamodel and Metaprograms
  • How to align behaviours with values
  • Coaching individuals and groups to set goals and evaluate their alignement with core values
  • Understanding the difference between core values and relative values
  • Using FIRE UP Coaching’s unique REACH Coaching Model
