When finding a good business coach it is essential to ensure they have coaching qualifications and are not actually a consultant. With many of the big consulting firms claiming to be “coaches” it makes it important to understand what business coaching is. A business coach provides support in the form of a great ability to question and expand the awareness of the individual or team. They will help with reflection on all aspects of the business operation and hone in on areas that are creating blocks to the business success.     When Lisa started coaching sessions with Kym, she had a fear of picking up the phone to call her ideal client to engage in a sales conversation.  She had never been trained in selling or any other business skills, however she was passionately and energetically growing a small business – with big goals. A couple of months’ later, she had made her biggest sale ever and has grown her business to the point where her husband quit his job to work with her full time in the business.
