Team coaching is becoming increasingly popular as organisations realise the power of coaching but want to get the best value. The greatest aspect of team coaching is getting teams to take time out to think about their performance and what can enhance it and what detracts from it. At FIREUP we often use the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to do a team profile which gives a team great insights into the synergies and strengths of the team. We have had amazing results from beginning a team process with a group training that utilises HBDI and then with that awareness and learning moving into 6 sessions that expand the teams ability to ask transformative questions of each other and build to a new level of working together.

On leaving University with degrees in both Marketing & Law, Craig set himself the goal of becoming a Director of Marketing. His goal was achieved when appointed Marketing Director at Wizard Home Loans, one of Australia’s leading non-bank mortgage providers. Along the way he worked with major Australian and International Brands including Unilever, Citibank, Optus and Vodafone. In the latter two roles he was responsible for marketing strategy and budgets in excess of $30 million each. Then after 5 years as Head of Strategy at De Pasquale Advertising, one of Brisbane’s leading creative agencies, he created his own consultancy in marketing & executive coaching.View More
