FIREUP develops great relationships with our coaching clients and recognise often that there would be great benefit for our clients to access couples therapy.  Our partnering with Loretta Bennett allows us now to offer access to an experienced therapist who can support couples to build connection and deepen their understanding of each other.  Often great relationships fall apart because people do not have access to the right support.  Loretta will ensure you discover how to overcome challenges and build an even deeper connection

Trauma/Hardship Counselling.

FIREUP has trained many leaders in Government agencies managing emergency and disaster situations.  As a result we have seen the need to offer an extension to our coaching services. Loretta Bennett works to support individuals and families experiencing trauma and hardship to connect with the services they need as well and build strong networks of support.

Loretta has knowledge working in childhood trauma, family trauma and utilises emotion focused therapy. As well as a Masters she has completed extensive further studies and applies these practically on a daily basis in her work as a therapist.
